The Thesis Prospectus is an assignment in which an undergraduate honors student at Portland State University is required to outline the academic basis for their proposed thesis project. As a film major, I cited movies and television that demonstrated plot lines, characters, and structural devices that I believed were relevant to the screenplay I would write for my thesis project (see “Sanction” under the “Writing” tab to view the first ten pages of the completed screenplay).
